  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are 
    accurate. 
  • However, minor variations in color, texture, grain, or finish may occur due to the 
    handcrafted nature of our furniture. 
  • All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. 

4. Pricing and Payment 

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise 
    specified. 
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 
  • We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and PayPal (for international buyers). 
  • Full payment must be made at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in 
    writing.

5. Orders and Acceptance 

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging 
    receipt. 
  • Your order becomes binding only after we confirm availability and payment. 
  • Pindel Handicraft reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

6. Custom Orders 

  • We offer custom-made and bespoke furniture based on client specifications. 
  • Custom orders require advance payment and are non-refundable once production begins.
  • Clients must verify all dimensions, colors, and design details before confirming the order.
  • Delivery timelines for custom items may vary based on design complexity and 
    material availability.

7. Shipping and Delivery 

  • We ship across India and internationally to selected countries.
  •  Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on location and order size. 
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production or transport 

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations 

  • Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. 
  • All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images and proof of damage. 
  • Minor variations in wood grain, polish, or handcrafted finish are not considered 
    defects.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

9. Intellectual Property 

  • All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Pindel Handicraft and protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. 
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our website content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability 

  • Pindel Handicraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services or products. 
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, or import/export restrictions. 
  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. 
  • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan (India).
