Founded in 2022 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan (India), Pindel Handicraft was born from a vision 
to bridge the gap between traditional Rajasthani craftsmanship and modern  International design, empowering local artisans and promoting India’s rich cultural artistry worldwide. 

We specialize in handcrafted solid wood furniture — including dining sets, cabinets, 
coffee tables, beds, and decor — crafted from mango, acacia, and sheesham wood with a strong focus on sustainability, quality, and customization.

Your personal data submitted through this platform will be transferred to, stored on, and processed on servers located in the United States of America. By submitting any form on this platform, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to this international transfer of your personal data.

This platform is powered by DMByJS Agency CRM, a CRM and marketing automation software platform whose infrastructure and servers are located in the United States of America. Your personal data will be stored and processed on Agency CRM’s servers in the USA.

Additionally, DMbyJS, our authorised technology service provider, accesses and manages this platform from India and may process your data in India as part of its service delivery to us.

This cross-border transfer is made in accordance with Section 16 of the DPDP Act, 2023. As of the date of this Policy, the Government of India has not placed the United States of America on any restricted country list under the DPDP Act. Your data benefits from the following protections:

  • Data access is restricted to authorised personnel of Pindel Handicraft  and its service providers
  • Data is transmitted using encrypted protocols (SSL/TLS)
  • GoHighLevel operates security-compliant infrastructure in the USA
  • DMbyJS, as Data Processor, operates under a contractual Data Processing
  • Agreement with Pindel Handicraft  that governs data handling obligations

If our Grievance Officer does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within 90 days, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (https://dpboard.gov.in or such URL as may be designated).

Pindel Handicraft and its service providers implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to secure your personal data. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as required by the DPDP Act and DPDP Rules, 2025.
